Service Design | UX & UI DesignSWISSUE is an concept for a adaptable service ecosystem. SWISSUE is based on the idea of the Swiss-Covid app. The service is to be understood as a proposal for the expansion of the mobile application and the associated underlying ecosystem. This expansion intends to ensure applicability to other crises, provide users with a greater incentive to participate and includes a data donation system for different types of data.
When crisis strikes, reliable information and the latest data are essential for responsible authorities to take action as quickly and appropriately as possible. Data from affected areas as well as from affected individuals is therefore a valuable asset. However, Data is not always as accessible as it seems in this day and age. Stiftung Risiko-Dialog therefore explores the concept of Data Donation, which should enable people to donate data willingly and for a specific purpose using a trusted service ecosystem.
